Made to Order and Wrap Conversion Order Forms
On this page, there is a form for each item you might want to order Made to Order.
Please Note:
1. Please double check to make sure you have selected the options you want. Receiving a Made to Order item that matches the image you have in your head depends on clearly communicating that picture-in-the-head to me. If you don't tell me you want the stripes to go horizontally instead of vertically, I have no way of knowing this. (If you want to clarify, explain, give details, or send pictures, please do that in the space provided, or email us links to pictures - sarah@wallypop.net - at the time you submit this order form. If you have questions or aren't certain what options you want, please ask us via email before submitting this form.) I cannot accept changes or additions to your order via email, private message, phone, etc. What appears in the cart upon checkout is the final word on what you want in your custom item and constitutes your entire order.
2. If you're sending me a new Girasol wrap to convert to a Mei Tai, I will wash it. Please send it complete with the paper tag still attached. If sending me any other wrap to convert to a Mei Tai, I will not wash it and encourage you to do so before you mail it. Washing wraps that are to be converted to ring slings is not necessary.
3. Payment must be received in full before any work will begin on your order. This includes local customers paying with cash or check.
4. Customer-provided fabric MUST be appropriate for its intended use. If you mail me fabric and it doesn't pass my approval, you'll need to pay for the postage to return the fabric to you. If you are mailing me fabric or a wrap, I will contact you after I've received your order with shipping instructions. As noted below, I don't work 24/7, so there might be a day or two before I contact you.
5. I am not available 24/7, or even every day, to respond to emails and messages. I typically do "desk work," including email and messaging, a few times a week.
6. If you want to cancel your order before work has started, you will be given a full refund minus shipping costs to return your wrap or fabric, if applicable. If you wish to cancel your order after work has started, you will receive a pro-rated refund if possible. If we've purchased fabric for your order, the cost of the fabric will deducted from your refund; if you wish to pay shipping costs, we're happy to mail the fabric to you. If we've purchased fabric and begun work on your order (cutting, sewing), no refund can be given.
7. Returns: Made to order items ordered through this form are generally returnable per our regular return policy:
Wallypop accepts returns and will offer a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) on unused, unwashed items. Return requests must be within 15 days of ship date; exchange requests must be within 30 days of ship date. (International orders or orders that took an exceptionally long time to be delivered have some flexibility here, based on delivery date, if the order was sent with tracking or delivery confirmation.) Please contact us in advance for instructions and a return authorization. Refunds or exchanges will be made only once the items have been returned for inspection. We are only able to refund or credit you for the amount of the items purchased, not for shipping expenses. If you wish to exchange your item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Exceptions are as follows:
- Pocket diapers or AIOs with cotton or flannel on the outside as a decorative layer are nonreturnable.
- Items made with customer fabric are not returnable.
- Some items made with fabric we have purchased for you may not be returnable.
- Due to their extremely customized nature, weighted blanets are not returnable.
- Hospital gowns and G-tube pads are not returnable for health reasons.
Submitting any form on this page constitutes an agreement on your part that you have read the above return policies and agree to them.
